Public Spending Code

South Dublin County Council (SDCC) completes a Quality Assurance (QA) Report annually as part of its on-going compliance with the Public Spending Code (PSC). The Quality Assurance procedure aims to assess the extent to which the Council is meeting the obligations set out in the Public Spending Code. The Public Spending Code ensures that the State achieves value for money in the use of all public funds.
