Parks
South Dublin’s parks are living spaces full of nature, recreation, and community life. Behind the beauty and care you see every day is a dedicated team of Park Rangers. These are the faces of South Dublin County Council’s parks. They play a vital role in the daily operation of these parks.
Rangers help people of all ages connect with our parks whether through community events, educational programs, or simply offering support and guidance. Our Rangers lead guided walks, school talks, and tours tailored to all age groups. They educate the public about biodiversity, pollinators and climate change highlighting the importance of native wildlife, and how to care for our shared green spaces.
Committed to the highest standards of customer service, our Park Rangers help ensure our parks remain safe, clean, and welcoming. From playground checks to guided tours, their work is a valuable asset to the local community and visitors alike.
