New Contractor engaged for Inspection of Private Rented Accommodation

The minimum standards for private rented accommodation are set out in the Housing (Standards for Rented Houses) Regulations 2019. These regulations are designed to protect the health, safety, and well-being of tenants and to ensure that private rented accommodation is safe and fit for habitation.

In addition to a dedicated Inspector employed by us to carry out inspections, we have engaged Niall Keely & Associates Ltd. to carry out inspections on our behalf.
