Climate Action Open Data Challenge

31 Mar 22

South Dublin County Council, working with the other Dublin Local Authorities, SMART Dublin, CARO and Codema is delivering the Climate Action Open Data Challenge.

The Challenge is seeking new innovative data-based proposals with the potential to contribute to climate action in the Dublin Region. Participants are asked to use open data to develop applications, tools, maps etc which can drive or support climate action. Alignment with the Climate Change Action Plans 2019-2024 while not essential is desirable.

The challenge runs from Wednesday 30th March to Monday 25th April and is open to individuals, teams and organisations of all ages and backgrounds.

Full details on the challenge, prizes, problem statements, scoring criteria and a copy of the application form can be found on www.smartdublin.ie.
