Adamstown Phasing Transfer

In accordance with Section 4.3.11 of the Adamstown Planning Scheme 2014 (as amended), the Development Agency (SDCC) has approved the transfer from Phase 7 to Phase 8 of the phasing requirements for the provision of the Adamstown Civic Centre/Library Building, together with the relevant elements of the Community Equivalent/Community Gain requirement associated with the Civic Building. The transfer was approved 13/08/2026.
