Rent Assessment - Has your household income changed?

Tenants should contact the rents section if there is any change to their household income.  The rent can then be reassessed based on the new household income.

Homeless Services 

If you are homeless, rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness, and your last permanent address is situated in South Dublin County Council (SDCC) area, contact the Homeless Service Unit directly by phone at 01-414 9364 or email sdcchomeless@sdublincoco.ie You will be assessed and if you are deemed homeless, temporary accommodation will be organised through the Assessment and Placement Service.

Opening Hours: Phonelines are open from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday . Outside of these hours, please call the Homeless Helpline on FREEPHONE 1800 707 707

Where necessary, you may be required to attend the homeless unit in person for assessment. Assessments are by appointment only and will be arranged by the Homeless Service Unit if required. Please bring these documents with you if presenting at the homeless clinic for an assessment:

· Photo ID (for example driver’s license, passport, social welfare card)

· Proof of income

· Proof of last permanent address

· Proof of homelessness (for example notice to quit, copy of lease agreement, local authority surrender or eviction notice, court order)
