Win a Sewing Machine with Relove Fashion
22 Sep 25
We're excited to share that South Dublin County Council is funding schools to take part in the award-winning Relove Fashion competition, now in its second national year!
Relove Fashion is a free, curriculum-aligned sustainable fashion competition that lets students explore sustainable fashion, develop creative skills, and think critically about the environmental impact of clothing. Using upcycling, repairs, and alterations, students create a sustainable and re-wearable outfit while engaging in hands-on, real-world learning. Teachers’ benefits:
- Fully funded by your local council and the Regional Waste Management Planning Offices (completely free to enter)
- Lesson guides and curriculum-aligned resources to make participation easy
- Opportunity to integrate projects into Art, Home Economics, Visual Art, Science, Geography, Climate Action, and more
- End of January submission for a cohesive term project
✨ Register your interest before 30th September for the chance to win a sewing machine for your school! Learn more on relovefashion.ie
