Application of 13.98% Indexation Increase for 2023
The South Dublin Section 48 Development Contribution Schemes will increase with effect from 1/1/2023 in accordance with the Tender Price Index.
Consequently, a 13.98% increase in development levies will be applied to both Residential and Industrial/Commercial Development as follows:

|Residential Development||€119.10 per square metre|
|Industrial/Commercial Development||€112.57 per square metre|
These rates shall be applicable to all permissions granted after 1st January 2023.
Similarly, development contributions applicable to all permissions granted prior to 1/1/2023 shall be payable at the index adjusted rate pertaining to the year in which implementation of the planning permission is commenced.
