In accordance with the provisions of Section 49 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended) a Supplementary Development Contribution Scheme for the Kildare Route Iarnrod Eireann Project was adopted on 10th December 2007 and became effective for permissions granted within the applicable area (see map below) from January 1st 2008.
