Lucan Village Green Works 2024

South Dublin County Council will commence works on Lucan Village Green, Lucan Demesne and Lucan Promenade in March 2024. There are three elements to this project:

• Improvement Works to the Village Green 
• Upgrades to the Promenade 
• Changes to the entrance to the Lucan Demesne and the relocation of existing carparking.

The Aim of the Village Green is to create a sense of arrival into the Village Green, replace guarding to the Canal, improve landscaping, Improve accessibility into the park, and provide seating bins and street furniture.
