Clondalkin Draft Local Planning Framework

In order to implement objective QDP14 Objective 3 of the South Dublin County Development Plan 2022-2028, South Dublin County Council (SDCC) proposed a Variation to the CDP to include a Local Planning Framework (LPF) for Clondalkin as an appendix to the Plan. As part of this process, SDCC invited submissions through the Council’s online portal between the 26th August 2025 and the 29th September 2025. The draft documents that went out on public display can be viewed by clicking on links below.

Once the submission period ended, a Chief Executive’s Report was prepared and submitted to the Councillors for their consideration ahead of a Special Council Meeting on 11 December 2025.
