The Elected Members of South Dublin County Council made Variation No. 1 to the South Dublin County Development Plan 2022-2028: The Clondalkin Local Planning Framework at the Council Meeting on 9th March 2026. The variation has immediate effect and will be integrated into the County Development Plan as Appendix 13.
Variation No. 1 delivers on QDP14 Objective 3 of the South Dublin County Development Plan 2022-2028 and includes an Urban Design Strategy for the Clondalkin Local Planning Framework Area including objectives around conservation and built heritage, sustainable movement and green infrastructure providing a framework for future development within the plan area.
