Variation No. 1 to the County Development Plan 2022-2028: Clondalkin Local Planning Framework has been made!

At the March County Council Meeting (9th March 2026), the Elected Members of South Dublin County Council passed a resolution to make the Variation with Material Alterations. This was the final step of the process, thank you all who participated throughout. This framework for Clondalkin will guide development into the future, giving a strong emphasis on heritage, green infrastructure, sustainable travel and community infrastructure.
