As extreme weather events become more frequent, we have to ensure that our water courses and water bodies are well maintained to reduce the potential of flooding.

Maintenance of lakes and streams is ongoing. Removing debris from the River Camac and the Tallaght Stream and cleaning Ballycragh and Ballymount Lakes are examples of how we maintain these water bodies.
