- SDCC to deliver building energy performance upgrades of Council housing stock in the DZ.
- Progress the EnergyCloud pilot and continue to identify opportunities to expand EnergyCloud across social housing in the DZ.
- Work with local Mentor to explore the potential for an SEC to be set up within the DZ.
- Explore potential for a Demonstration House, to allow residents view a home that has been retrofitted. For guided tours and education purposes.
- Develop a programme to encourage private homeowners and landlords of the benefits of availing of SEAI funding for retrofits including heat pump installations, PV installations and battery storage installations.
- Use the tenant energy awareness toolkit to provide climate / energy awareness and training for the operation of the new energy systems installed.
- Explore opportunities to work with Obligated Parties in the DZ in the delivery of energy initiatives.
