South Dublin Libraries is delighted to offer eight one-to-one writing sessions with writer Brian Kirk. These sessions will take the form of a writer’s surgery, where the participant will submit work in advance for Brian to review and discuss. These sessions are for those writing fiction.
Each session will be thirty minutes in length and there are eight slots available to writers. This free initiative is aimed at emerging writers looking for critical feedback, and as such is not suitable for those new to writing.
To apply, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject heading WRITING SESSIONS and include a brief letter explaining why you wish to avail of this service. This letter should also include details of your writing, and list any publication credits, awards, etc.
Applications must be submitted by 12th April 2020. Selected candidates will be contacted shortly thereafter and asked to submit their writing sample. The sessions will take place, via Zoom, from 19th April onwards.
