The Draft County Development Plan and Environmental Report was made by the Members of the Council at special meetings held on 1st, 2nd, 8th and 9th September 2009 . The Draft Development Plan, Environmental Report and Development Plan Maps will be on display and the 10 week public consultation period will run from the 22nd September 2009 and end on the 2nd December 2009.
