Non principal private residence payment
The Local Government (Charges) Act 2009 has introduced a €200 annual charge on non principal private residences, payable by the owners to the local authority in whose area the property concerned is located. This charge is liable from the 31st July 2009. The charge must be paid within two months of the liability date. For further information click on www.nppr.ie
